Stefan Pulver
Junior Fellow
I received my undergraduate degree from Colby College and my PhD from Brandeis University. At Brandeis, I studied motor control in lobsters and flies with Eve Marder and Leslie Griffith, respectively. I then went on to do a postdoc in the lab of Mike Bate at the University of Cambridge. In the U.K., I studied the embryonic development of central pattern generating networks in Drosophila. I have been a Junior Fellow at Janelia since fall of 2011. At Janelia, I study mechanisms and development of segmental coordination in the Drosophila larval locomotor system.
