Sergio Saravia is responsible for providing assistance and resolution to Information Technology issues related to the daily tasks of internal customers at Janelia. He is working towards a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Degree at Strayer University and holds A+, MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration and MCITP Enterprise Desktop Administrator certifications.
