The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced today that Eric Betzig, a group leader at Janelia, Stefan Hell of the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, and William Moerner of Stanford University are the recipients of the 2014 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for the development of super-resolved fluorescence microscopy.
